| Reception of merchandise |
| The client can select, at the moment of purchase, the form of delivery he/she prefers, adding the cost of transportation to the total of the merchandise purchased. Once the merchandise has been paid, May day Line S.L. will send the package within a maximum of two working days, from which date the client can count the start of the delivery service. If the client receives the articles after the time indicated in the section "Cost of delivery and delivery dates" he/she can return the product and demand the return of the costs incurred, so long as this petition is made within 15 days of delivery. May day Line S.L. will not be responsible for any delays for any cause for which it is not responsible, for example, strikes within the post office service or within other transportation services, negligence on behalf of the company charged with delivery, etc. |
